We started out at 5:30am to East St. Louis with one of the most amazing people I have met. PJ has not skipped a day feeding putting out water and rescuing dogs for 11 years....not a day!! Amazing! Very sad, eye opening experience. I expected to search for dogs and they came to us...they know the sound of her car and whistle. So many strays......
